Corn and bean Mexican dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can of black beans (drained)
  • Package of frozen white "shoe peg" corn (baby). If not thawed it'll just be a little wet on the bottom
  • Chop a red pepper (and green too if you want)
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup olive or veg oil
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • Sprinkle garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
