Brie & Jam Tarts

SERVES: 24 tarts
TOTAL COOKING TIME: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS
- 2 boxes fillow shells
- Small wheel or slice of brie
- Jam of choice (raspberry, apricot, fig)
- Mint leaves, small or chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut brie into small cubes.
- Place fillo shells on cookie sheet and place one cube brie into each shell.
- Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Remove from oven and add jam and mint leaf.
- Serve hot.
