Sausage Star Appetizer

TOTAL COOKING TIME: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
  • Package won ton wrappers
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 1/2 cup red pepper, minced
  • 1 1/2 cup black olives, minced
  • 1 package prepared Hidden Valley ranch dressing
  • 1 packet of 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
DIRECTIONS
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Prepare won ton shells (may be done in advance). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan and press a won ton shell into each cup.
  • Bake until golden, about 5 minutes.
  • Cook and drain sausage.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Then fill shells with ingredients and bake another 5 minutes.
