Spinach Balls

TOTAL COOKING TIME: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS
- 2 pkg frozen chopped spinach
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups herb stuffing (packaged)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp thyme
- 3/4 cup buttter, melted
- Salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Cook spinach according to package; drain and squeeze dry.
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and freeze on cookie sheet; once frozen, store in plastic bags until needed.
- Thaw before baking; bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
