Tiny Ham-Stuffed Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pt (approx 20) cherry tomatoes
FILLING
- 2 2 1/4 oz. cans Deviled Ham
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp horseradish (reccomended Carriage House H. Cream Sauce)
- Parsley for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Early in day, slice top from tomatoes and scoop pulp (pulp can be used in another recipe or frozen). Drain upside down on paper towels in refridgerator.
- Combine filling and place in refridgerator until set/2-3 hours.
- Fill tomatoes.
- Option: replace ham with guacamole.
