Bruegger's Salmon Quiche

PREP TIME: 20 minutes
SERVES: 8
TOTAL COOKING TIME: 50 minutes
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup Bruegger's Smoked Salmon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 container Bruegger's Chive Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 9" pie crust (deep dish)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
DIRECTIONS
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Bake pie shell for 5 minutes.
  • Cut salmon into bite size pieces and saute in butter over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  • Blend cream cheese, salmon and Swiss cheese in a bowl and spoon into pie shell.
  • Beat eggs and remaining ingredients together, and pour over salmon and cheese mixture.
  • Place shell on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
