Creamy Mushroom Pork

INGREDIENTS
- 3 lbs boneless pork butt
- 1 tsp dry minced onion
- 2 tsp Kikkoman soy sauce
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp seasoning sauce
- ¼ tsp dry basil leaves
- ½ tsp pork powder
- ½ Tsp sesame Oil
- 2 tsp mushroom seasoning
- 2 cans cream of mushrooms
- 2 cans of sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp diced fresh garlic
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 sweet onion
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 4 stems of scallion
- 4 stems cilantro
DIRECTIONS
- Trim fat from pork. Wash in cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut pork into 2-inch chunks.
- Place pork into a deep bowl, add fresh garlic, soy sauce, seasoning sauce, sesame oil. Mix pork with seasoning thoroughly.
- Prepare additional seasoning mix with pork powder, mushroom seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, minced onion, black pepper, basil leaves. Add season mix to port and stir thoroughly. Keep refrigerated overnight.
- Using a large frying pan over medium heat, add fresh garlic. When garlic is slightly golden, add pork and fry until they are brown on each side. Empty pork into a deep pot with cover.
- Clean and cut scallions into 1” long pieces.
- Peel onions and cut into ½ inch slices.
- Add cans of cream of mushrooms, cans of mushrooms, onions, scallions. Cook over low heat for 4 hours or until pork is tender. Serve with White Rice and Cilantro. Add soy sauce for seasoning as needed.
