Ground Turkey Elbow Noodles

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Lbs Ground Turkey
- 1 Box (1 lb) Elbow Noodles
- 2 Vidalia Sweet Onions, Cut
- Fresh Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Seasoning Sauce
- 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
- ½ Tsp Chicken Boulion Powder
- ½ Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Cut Scallion
DIRECTIONS
- Using a large pot, bring 10 cups of water to boil. Add 1 box of elbow noodles, cook until tender, drain noodles and let it cool
- Using a large pot, add vegetable oil over medium heat. Add fresh dice garlic. Cook until golden brown. Add ground turkey, break turkey apart during cooking for 2-3 minutes
- Clean and cut sweet onions. Add to pot, stir and cook for another 1 minute with cover on.
- Add cooked noodles, mix with ground turkey and onion. Add onion powder, garlic powder, chicken boullion powder, seasoning sauce, soy sauce and stir well. Cook for another 1 minute. Ready to serve.
