Ground Turkey Elbow Noodles

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Lbs Ground Turkey
  • 1 Box (1 lb) Elbow Noodles
  • 2 Vidalia Sweet Onions, Cut
  • Fresh Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Seasoning Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ Tsp Chicken Boulion Powder
  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Cut Scallion
DIRECTIONS
  • Using a large pot, bring 10 cups of water to boil. Add 1 box of elbow noodles, cook until tender, drain noodles and let it cool
  • Using a large pot, add vegetable oil over medium heat. Add fresh dice garlic. Cook until golden brown. Add ground turkey, break turkey apart during cooking for 2-3 minutes
  • Clean and cut sweet onions. Add to pot, stir and cook for another 1 minute with cover on.
  • Add cooked noodles, mix with ground turkey and onion. Add onion powder, garlic powder, chicken boullion powder, seasoning sauce, soy sauce and stir well. Cook for another 1 minute. Ready to serve.
