Hamburg Stroganoff

TOTAL COOKING TIME: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs ground hamburg beef
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 sweet onions
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
DIRECTIONS
- Saute mushrooms and onions.
- Cook and drain hamburg.
- Mix soup and sour cream, add hamburg and mushrooms and onions.
- Add minced garlic.
- Cook low over medium heat stirring occasionally.
- Add sour cream to reach desired consistency.
- Serve over rice.
