INGREDIENTS
- 1 Slab of St Louise Babyback Pork Ribs (3-4 Lbs)
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- ½ Cup Korean BBQ Sauce
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 Tsp Pork Seasoning Powder
- 1 Tbsp Seasoning Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Mushroom Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Minced Onion
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger
DIRECTIONS
- Clean, trim fat from pork rib. Cut into spare rib pieces.
- Place pork rib into a large mixing bowl. Add fresh ginger, sesame oil, fresh minced garlic, season sauce. Mix ingredients together with pork ribs.
- Prepare marinade ingredients by mixing black pepper, pork seasoning powder, garlic powder, minced onion, onion powder, mushroom seasoning.
- Apply marinade ingredients along with Korean BBQ sauce to pork ribs. Mix well and marinade overnight.
- Grill pork over low heat for 20 minutes on each side. Turn often to avoid burning.
