Smoked Babyback Pork Ribs

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Slab of Babyback Pork Ribs
- ½ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Paprika
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tsp Onion Powder
- ¼ Tsp chipotle-pepper powder
- 1 Tbsp Pork Seasoning Powder
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Mushroom Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Minced Onion
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
DIRECTIONS
- Wash Pork with cold water. Pad dry with paper towel.
- Using a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients: brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, chipotle-pepper powder, pork seasoning powder, garlic powder, mushroom seasoning, minced onion and minced garlic
- Rub mixing ingredients onto all sides of pork slab.
- Put pork slab into a large foil baking bag (e.g. Reynolds Hot Bag Extra Heavy duty Foil) and let it sit overnight in refrigerator.
- When ready to cook, preheat oven to 300 Degrees. Place foil bag with pork slab into oven and cook for 2 hours.
- Preheat grill. Remove pork slab from foil bag and grill for 10 minutes on each side.
- Cut pork slab into pieces and ready to serve.
