Smoked Babyback Pork Ribs

TOTAL COOKING TIME: 2.5 hours
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Slab of Babyback Pork Ribs
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ Tsp chipotle-pepper powder
  • 1 Tbsp Pork Seasoning Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Mushroom Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
DIRECTIONS
  • Wash Pork with cold water. Pad dry with paper towel.
  • Using a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients: brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, chipotle-pepper powder, pork seasoning powder, garlic powder, mushroom seasoning, minced onion and minced garlic
  • Rub mixing ingredients onto all sides of pork slab.
  • Put pork slab into a large foil baking bag (e.g. Reynolds Hot Bag Extra Heavy duty Foil) and let it sit overnight in refrigerator.
  • When ready to cook, preheat oven to 300 Degrees. Place foil bag with pork slab into oven and cook for 2 hours.
  • Preheat grill. Remove pork slab from foil bag and grill for 10 minutes on each side.
  • Cut pork slab into pieces and ready to serve.
