Sichuan Black Bean Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp dry sherry
- 1 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp fermented black beans, chopped
- 2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 3 oz hoisin sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Using a mixing bowl, add ingredients. Stir and mix well.
